We are searching for an enthusiastic Kindergarten Teacher in Qingdao City. The job is starting in September 2025.
The salary is RMB 22K plus RMB 3K housing allowance (The salary range is for reference only). The final package will be determined by the school, based on the interview results and the candidate’s background.
The working hours are from 8am to 4:30pm with a lunch break from 12:15pm-1:30pm, then preparing lessons till 2:30pm. In the morning, you’ll work as a homeroom teacher in a mixed-age class and then from 2:30pm to 4pm in the afternoon. (Teach English for 3 classes at 20-30 minutes per class). You will also teach a 30-minute English demo class on Saturday morning (paid additionally), once per month. The may also be after-school classes from 4:30 pm to 5:00 pm each 2 weeks (depending on the number of students enrolled). We offer a free breakfast and lunch and a 1 or 2 year renewable contract.
Other benefits include insurance and a housing allowance. The teacher may also take two weeks off without pay during the summer holiday period. China is a wonderful place to explore with a lot of historical and scenic places to visit.
The applicant must be a native English speaker from the UK, US, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or Ireland. They should have at least 2 years of kindergarten teaching experience preferred. The ideal candidate should be young, energetic, passionate about working with children, and enthusiastic about teaching.
